i just found my dads old arts 68 jacket from Queen's. It's INTENSE. It's so old school.
it has a plaid lining
and it crinkles and smells old
but dammit, its beautiful.

Went to Uncle Dale and Auntie Dianas for brunch yesterday

Uncle Dale, Frank and I spent about seven hours laughing hysterically at Uncle Dale's inability to work a spinning top.
Nicola sang me a lullaby when she was pretening to be my mom.
first she covered anna in a placemat
then she sang us a song which went something like
"oh i have a good one...
i love you
and we love our pets
and i love you
and its time to sleep
sleep now baby
i mean sleep now big kid
sleep now baby
sleeeeeep
here's a doll so you can remember our pets"
and she finishes with "sleeeeeep sleeeeeep" and im lying there shaking with laughter, cause she sings in this really sincere, high pitched, little breathy voice.
ah i love her
anyway more spring cleaning now we're taking apart my entire room apparently
