So I got my writing assignment for the Rose ficathon (ya know, the ship-friendly one that will undoubtedly produce more batchippy crap... excuse me, I write hot batchippy crap, thankyouverymuch) and--this should shock y'all-- I got one of the smutty prompts. It never fails! Am I really that much of a slut? :-/ Ahh hell, don't answer that. :p
Not that I really mind. I'm torn now... should I work on my post-Doomsday chaptered fic or start the ficathon entry before I lose inspiration? (That is, if I could get a moment of peace without being constantly interrupted by rude parents, which means I wait till they finally go to bed).
Today my Mom was giving me trouble b/c I was listening to Blue October in the car and she's like, I should quit listening to teenagey music and listen to something more appropriate for my age. And I'm like, like what? But she didn't answer the question and just kept picking on my music. Not like her opinion will affect what I'm listening to at all... I immediately cranked OK Go as soon as I got home. But just out of curosity, all you flisters my age (28) or over, what are you listening to? Is my music really that teenagey? Do you have a lastfm? (If not, you should totally get one... we can be liek friends and stuff! *valley girl accent*)
