I think the lightest NARS shade might work for you. It's called chantilly iirc. I'm using the second-lightest, vanilla.
Have you used Korean bb creams? B/c western ones are basically glorified tinted moisturizer. The bb cream i use was recced to me by a super pale friend, so it might work for you.
Basically what I do with the highlighter is brush a little bit on my nose and cheeks and blend it with a brush. I probably learned that from one of the vids I put in my playlist.
When I was blonde I used the Lioele auto eyebrow in the lightest shade. It looked pretty natural, but I also am not a natural blonde so maybe that's why it worked on me?

high-five! Except I do have to cover my panda undereye circles. But that's it, lol
Most of the makeup tutorials I faved are by asian gurus (gee i wonder why) but I think many of the tips are fairly universal. maybe look for some gurus on yt who have similar coloring to you?
