Beautiful, beautiful warm autumn day in Colorado. Hubby and I drove up to Rocky Mtn Natl Park and were surprised that it was a free day - the elk are out and amorous. The males bugle, but what's really funny is that it's a rather high-pitched sort of bugle/bark. Heh. The Aspens are almost all yellow now, and the sunlight shining on them with the blue sky in the background is just...awe-some.
