Clive Owen can go Beyond my Borders any day
I don't care what you think about the moive, or Angelina Jolie, the scene in Beyond Borders where Clive Owen's character tells Angelina's character how much he loves her is the best "I love you" line EVER. It's made even more perfect because Clive Owen is saying it, in his suave, but edgy British accent.
But.
Just minutes before delivering the best line ever, I'm afraid to say that they really botched the "We're about to have sex" scene. How? One: Angelina Jolie. I hate her lips. That's beside the point. The real reason, two: saliva. Remember the scene from Cruel Intentions where the two girls kiss? Yea. Like that. But Clive Owen was involved, so it kills me a little on the inside.
He's still on my Top Five list, though.
