(no subject)
ok. it's not humorous anymore. i'm sure we all got a few laughs from the sudden change in temperatures. everybody loves a good chuckle waking up to rain, a bleak sun, and six degree [clarification note: celsius] weather in the morning. after all summer is all about fun.
but now the fun is over. it's officially june. there are NO excuses as to why we should be forced to suffer through eleven degrees and gusting winds at noon. enjoying your italian coffee and turkish baklava on an outside terrace just doesn't hold the same appeal if you spend the entire time shivering.
on another note, i WANTED to send my winter clothes home this week. now that it's november again, i might as well send all of my shorts, flipflops, and water-wings home prematurely. i'm already counting down the days until i'm home and can hide from the exhausting heat inside an air conditioned house. (34 by the way.)
