Hello 2006!
I have never made a real New Years Resolution before. Of course when I was younger I would say, "I'm going to clean my room and help my parents more often" , but that lasted for maybe a week or two. So i've decided to give it a REAL try. With the way my spending went in November and December, I have realized that my budget that I have has to actually start being followed. So my only resolution for 2006 is to stay within budget on my credit card! My parents will be so proud. This means no more Gardens and Downtown Stuart shopping sprees.
Just to clarify where I have been the entire Fall semester.. I was rarely at my computer because I was always on my laptop out in the living room working on assignments or a project. This was the craziest semester of my life, but I had soo much fun! I built a robot.. come on.. what is more fun than that? The good news is my anal attitude towards school has paid off because I got all A's this semester. I can just smell that Pratt & Whitney internship! This semester should be just as good but with no football (boo), less projects (hurray!), and even harder classes (double boo).
That other crazy kid who posts on iamsosleepy is going to be in Boston all summer? Who let her do such a thing! Well at least that will help me stay on budget. Niki is a bad influence. She always threatens to fight me if I don't buy things that are really cute but I have doubts on purchasing because it's like a trillion dollars (which is NOT my monthly budget). I'm not a fighter.
I hope everyone had a great holiday! Mine was wonderful and I got to spend part of Christmas Eve with my Bobby which was AMAZING! We will have been together for a year and a half this friday, and we'll be together in Gainesville to celebrate. I am so lucky to be in such a loving relationship.
