In the backyard, in the garden, you were always there
So... Update...
I pulled an all-nighter last Sunday as well as Tuesday to prepare my oral presentation and write my final paper. And I couldn't really nap either, since I had a c++ project due Wednesday. Needless to say, I've been a bit stressed this past week or so. But classes are officially over, and I had the BEST day today with Becca!
I woke up around 1 pm with a phone call from the wonderful Becca, telling me to get over to BC around 3. So, after freaking out for a hour and a half about what to wear and how to fix my hair (I got a haircut yay!), I finally hopped on a T and headed out to meet the Beckster. Turns out, Guster and Stephen Kellogg were doing a free show at BC for the last day of classes! Both freaking ROCKED. Guster is an amazing live band, the percussion guy is so good. I had never heard Stephen Kellogg before, but his band was super good too! Becca and I classified it as "backwoods rock" haha, they talked about going up Cripple Creek and drinking moonshine and all. After the concert, Becca and I headed off campus for some Thai. So good. Then back up to some of Becca's friends' room to watch TWO hours of The OC! I never really got into this show, I think I've seen it like once. But it is really a great show, I am definitely going to start watching more often. So much drama! I decided not to go out partying with Becca tonight though, since I plan on spending all day tomorrow at the library studying physics and calculus. I can't wait for all the fun.
That's pretty much all that's been going on in my world. I know, I don't live the most riveting life. But I'm happy. And I have awesome hair. And Gloria will be here in less than a week. Yay!!!!
