My first year of college is officially over.  I am so proud of myself for making it through and I can't believe I am doing so well in engineering.  I'm still completely overwhelmed by college.  I feel like I will be a freshman again next semester.  So anyway.. I am making a list of what I am to accomplish this summer:

Oh, I forgot to tell you, my calc professor did research on applying differential equations to cardiac palpitations and heart disease, etc... She said the grad students working with her wanted to use Euler's, but she was like "Their whole theory was garbage, everyone knows the error in Euler's when you're calculating a trillion time intervals would be way too big." I'm like yeah... who doesn't know that... gosh... And then I fell asleep. You would have totally loved how excited she got about it all though.

Engineering death phase 1 has been COMPLETED (well, I still have 2 weeks to go still). Only 8 billion more years to go... So stoked.

You and Bobby are freaking adorable. I love how he randomly picks up the phone when I call you. We're going to make many visits to him this summer.

I can't wait until you come up here. We are going to be so cute. Picnics in the Commons on the lake... In our skirts. Oh boy!

BLEACHER RUNS YES! That was the best excercise day of my life. Come run the Boston Marathon with me next year?

Why do I feel the need to make long comments to you despite the fact that I talk to you several times every day? I am so ridiculous.

Sadly enough.. Euler's method does have an error, but applying diff eq to something like the heart is insane. Mass-spring operators are just fine with me, but I definitely would have loved to hear her rant. It was probably best that you napped. Diff eq is not something you want to mess with until you absolutely have to. (but it's soo much fun when you do!)

We'll run the Boston Marathon alongside Will Farrell. GET OUT OF MY WAY I'M RUNNING A MARATHON! Uggghhh.. Milk was a bad idea!
