So, yesterday I had all the energy, and today I had trouble getting off the couch. But I did make both jam and another banana loaf, so, not all bad.

The banana loaf was a double batch, so we have much, much banana loaf.

This jam is a mixed stonefruit conserve. It had two yellow peaches, three apricots and probably about half a dozen or more white peaches. (I didn't count those, I just got it up to the weight.) Plus a lemon, because a lemon makes jam lovely.

Apart from that, the only thing I got done most of the day was wrestle with my new phone to try and get it to read epubs I already have. Have found out that Skynetdrive is the ONLY WAY to get it to discover things, unless you download them through Freda's internal browser. Which is slower than me uploading it to Skydrive, then downloading it from Skydrive onto my handset. So much for Windows phone having nice folders you can just dump things in. It worked for music, but there's no visible folder for ebooks, and I can't get it to recognise a song I dumped in the ringtone folder, even though I did what it told me to do. *sigh*

In other news, Emma is having a give-away over on the Wallflower Arts blog. All you have to do is look at the stuff in her etsy and tell her what you like, and you get an entry. If you spread the word, you get more.

We take off tomorrow for the wilds of Sydney, so the posting will be a bit sporatic for the next five days, at least. I do hope to have that WC story up by Friday at the very latest, though. I'm glad I waited. All three of my betas gave lovely feedback that I have, for the most part, taken on board and used to make the story better. It'll be the first fic in ten months that I've written that will see the light of day, and my first White Collar fic, which I find exciting. I mean, it's not a fic that's going to revolutionise fandom or anything, but I'm going to enjoy putting it out there.
