Greetings from Hawaii! after a very intense day of traveling i am now in Maui, and id like to say the weather is beautiful right now, but it is not, so im in my room writing for all of you at home. but before i get into this i have to share about the best ben and jerrys night.
sunday night i was working with michelle and liz, and my life was completed when 2 girls walked in and asked me to make them a VERMONSTER. thats right a $35 fucking vermonster. so of course i asked them how they were planning to eat that, and they said they were buying it for like 8 guys. sure... so for those of you who dont know a vermonster is ...
20 scoops of ice cream
4 bananas
4 ladles of hot fudge
4 scoops of walnuts
2 scoops of 4 flavors of your choice
3 chocolate chip cookies
1 brownie
and a lot of whipped cream
needless to say its an extreme sundae. and luckily i got to take that order and i had the best 10 minutes of my life making it. afterwords i took a picture of them with the sundae and we decided were going to make a vermonster wall of fame, so if you buy a vermonster you get your picture on this designated wall. id say the fame is well worth $35.
well yesterday i left my house at 4:30 am and took a 4 hour flight to dallas, and luckily i slept the entire way. the only thing made that flight enjoyable was right at the last second of family of 8 hard core jews got on and the little boy yelled to his father, "DAD WHERE IS MY TEFILLAN?!!!" my mom and i were secretly laughing on the inside. i then spent 2 hours in texas and took an 8 hour flight to maui from there. i didnt sleep at all on that plane ride, but i did get to watch 2 new movies. first "mad hot ballroom" which was really cute. it was about these inner city kids who learned how to ballroom dance and did this competition. then i watched kicking and screaming, which was kinda funny but i wont watch it again. finally after 18 hours of travel we got to our hotel and i passed out.
this morning i tanned outside for 3 hours and im a little darker, but by the end of the week i will hopefully be as dark as colby in the winter time. which would be really tan for me, but a death sentence for her. so now its drizzling outside, and im going to work on my AP calc packet. upgrade? sure
