2001, I think? I was in New York at the time, and flew in for the con. Maybe it was 2002, I was in NY both those Novembers.

I remember it vividly, you and Thea and Connie and Maayan and I outside -- I'd never met you or Thea before, but T bummed a cigarette and that was oh-so-okay by me. *g* And you and Thea and everyone else all knew each other, and I wanted to be friends TOOOOOOO.
