I was bored so I decided to make a list of my favourite Pokemon. In no necessary order...





Ace the Gyarados. Named after Ace from Doctor Who. One of my favourite Pokemon named after one of my favourite companions.




Amy the Darmanitan. Named after Amy Pond of Doctor Who fame. A Fire Type Pokemon for a fiery redhead.




Bane the Snorlax. Named after the Batman villain. He broke The Bat, y'know.




Betsy the Swoobat. Named after Betsy Braddock, aka Psylocke of the X-Men. The psychic powers seemed to match.




Bruce the Crobat. No explanation is needed, surely.




Doreen the Emolga. Named after Doreen Green, aka Squirrel Girl. It's a squirrel, get it?




Hal the Gallade. Named after Hal Jordan, aka Green Lantern.




Kurt the Gengar. Named after Kurt Wagner, aka Nightcrawler of the X-Men.




Leela the Scrafty. Named after Leela from Doctor Who.




Loki the Hydreigon. Named after the God of Mischief.




Rahne the Arcanine. Named after Rahne Sinclair, aka Wolfsbane of the New Mutants.




Rory the Simipour. Yes, he and Amy the Darmanitan are able to breed in the game.




Turlough the Swanna. Named after another Doctor Who companion.




Wade the Lucario. Named after Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, aka the Merc-With-A-Mouth.




Zatanna the Mismagius. Named after the DC heroine.
