I just cooked dinner for everybody. Well, I read the instructions from a book while my dad did the actual cooking. Somerset chicken was our chosen dish. It's basically chicken breast in a sauce containing amongst other things such as cider and cheese. It really should be grated Cheddar, hence the Somerset name, but we only had grated Edam handy. To tell you the truth, it tasted the same anyway. The recipe should also contain apples and mushrooms, but I don't like either so we left them out. I like apples, just not when they're cooked. The end result was so good that we went back for seconds. Yum.
