Damn you Ipod! and/or Windows!
So after plugging in my ipod this afternoon to update podcasts, I got this gem of a message:
"USB Device Not Reccognized"
I clicked on the message and it opened a detail window, outlining my usb hubs and waht devices are connected to them. After the list is a recommendation which reads as follows: "Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognize it, replace the device."
Yeah, I'll be sure to just bring it back to the store and ask for a new one. "But windows didn't recognize it!"
I don't know who to be angry at, but I'm not happy.
