"Giants"
so I was having a dream last night about some little elf like in don juan running away with something in the middle of a storm with funnel clowds and stuff.
it was scary so I woke up.
as I woke up, lightning struck somewhere, so I counted 1-2-3-4-... Bang!! a couple car alarms went off.
as the noise of alarms tapered off, I opened the blinds so I could see.
lightning struck again when I got back in bed. I counted 1-2-...BANG!!! the car alarms went off again.
I was reading Genesis 5 or 6 last night. both, actually. one chapter talks about the "sons of God" having children with the daughters of men. by convention, the "sons of God" are the fallen angels in the old testament. and they gave birth to "Giants". or just really strong, evil people. the thought of this haunted me all night. that, and the thunder. could you imagine half man, half demon. walking around... never mind. you probably think about that stuff all the time. anyway
