crazy story!
okay so here is a story that happened last night that i have to tell. okay it starts like this. so there is this kid that goes to school here named micah lucas. i don't know this guy, but right now he is attempting to break the guiness book of world records record for longest hosted tv talk show. he is attempting to host the show for 36 hours straight. so last night at about 11:45 or so me and a couple of friends were gonna go walk down to the studio, which is on campus, to be in the audience for a while. well we go outside & it's snowing pretty good & the wind is just crazy, it was so strong it was almost blowing me over. anyways we get around the corner of the dorms and start coming up to the building when we see 2 guys in wheelchairs stuck out in the snow. one of the guys is struggling to wheel over to this tunnel close by, but he kept falling out of his wheelchair into the snow. the other guy seems to be pretty much stuck. so we kinda quicken our pace and go over there to help em out. one of my friends helped push the one guy to the tunnel, and than me and my other friend pick up the other guys chair and carry him to the tunnel. they said that they wanted to go to the tv show thing, so they got somebody to help push em from their dorm to the tunnel, so they wheeled through the tunnel with no problem, cuz theres no snow in the tunnel, but they didn't realize how tough it would be to get from the tunnel to the doors of the campus. well somehow they managed to get to the doors, but than the doors were locked, and than they couldn't get back to the tunnel. they also said that each one thought that the other one had brought their cell phone, but neither one actually did. so they were stuck out there in the freezing, snowing, windy, cold for like 20-30 minutes, and they were pretty much covered with a layer of ice. they said that their bodies were like frozen. i might also add that these 2 guys are on the wheelchair basketball team, so as far as handicap people go they were in pretty good shape, which i think helped em out a good deal. otherwise they might have gotten pretty sick or something. anyways we got there and helped em, and than we helped em from the other side of the tunnel back to their dorm. it probably took like 5 minutes, but it seemed like twice as long, cuz it's hard work pushing somebody in a wheelchair through pretty deep snow drifts in a blizzard! it was a pretty goof workout. well anyways we finally got em back to their dorm, and than we thawed out for a while while we chated. and we all lived happily ever after. the end.
