this weekend was a good one by my standards.

Friday Robert and I went to my moms house for a family dinner. I was a bit nervous because my family can be a little intense at times. It ended up being such a good night! Everyone just talking and laughing about how silly the past was and how silly we all are. I hope Robert felt comfortable. He didn't really get the 3rd degree grill like I thought so that is good. It is weird to bring a boy home I normally don't ever bring boys home to meet mom. I am happy that i did though.

Saturday I went shopping at some thrifts stores. I was so happy because I haven't been shopping in forever! I took Boone to get some shots so he can be a healthy baby. He hated it. He cried and peed himself :( It was sad but it has to be done.

Saturday night Robert and I met up with his friends at Bubbas house and ended up going to Lizette's (sp?) birthday party at e3rd which is across the street from my work. It was really fun. We danced, talked and drank until it got shut down because of stupid male machos had to start fighting.

Sunday was the biggest chill day ever! Robert and ate breakfast and just chilled. At night we (we being myself and the other roomies) invited a few friends over and we had game night. It was so much fun! We played catch phrase. I don't think i have laughed that hard in so long. Seriously people have the funniest ways of thinking! I think the award for best player had to go to either John Carle or Robert. John was just super slow and used super vague details to describe the word for example while looking at his sister "mom does this!" ha. And Robert was just all around nuts! He sang half of the clues even when it wasn't a song. His top two lines of the night had to be when he said "blank girls" while trying to describe "spice girls". His reaction was priceless, he didn't know why we didn't get it! And my personal favorite was when his friend David gave the clue "it's raining..." and the first thing Robert said was "men"!!! I was on the floor!

Now i am at work on this holiday. Traffic was amazing today i got here in like 15 mins. But i would rather be home still.

friends, robert, thee going ons of life
