Fresh on the heels of having my ass kicked by 10-year-olds out on the Olympic Peninsula, the annual Green Ronin Summit has begun. Yesterday was a blur and I almost didn't make it to my own scheduled outings out of sheer exhaustion

Sounds to me like you need to create an intern position for the weeks before and during the summit. Even if it was unpaid, my guess is you could keep it short and reasonable enough to make a lot of local early-stage designers happy to run and pick people up just to get a few hours of seeing how the business is run.

Assuming you can find an intern to be trusted, which I suppose may be asking a bit much.
