Shiny Obsessed
My first Shiny from chaining: VOLTORB!!!! Um, like, the second coolest shiny Pokemon EVER?!?!!
So, it was my first chain over 22 and it ended up breaking at 101. That's right, 101!
My first evah evah shiny came by way of random encounter while searching tirelessly for a Chansey with a Lucky Egg (this was a few months ago) and let me tell you.. PONYTA is the coolest shiny Pokemon ever..
My second shiny Pokemon was a fluke.. I was chaining for Swarming Skitty when I made a mistake and backed into Shiny Chatot (which at first I had a hard time distinguishing from normal Chatot [YaY for shiny sparklies, eh?]). I am glad to have chatty in the family as well..
So. I'm officially obsessed. Going from 22 to 101 was pretty awesome. BUT, it happened en route to Santa Rosa, so it was pretty much the worst timing ever. As well, since I had been doing so poorly, I only had 25-20 Max/Super Repels and was quickly running out as I was desperately trying to reset for one more Shiny Voltorb. I wanted two so I could evolve one and keep one baby-sized.. They are both such pretty blue. Alas, I am content to know a shiny, let alone two of (what I consider) the greatest ones.
