Dan Raedeke's place is one sweet, sweeeeeeeeeet piece of real-estate for any artist to drroooooool over... arg, if I knew what I'd be doing and if I knew I'd be doing it in StL, and if I had been working long enough to have the kind of $ to make that commitment?!! I suppose whenever I have that figured out I'll have convert an existing space to my ideal artists' home/studio specs.
