Cape Vincent

I'm currently working in Cape Vincent, NY. We're working on a project that needs to be done due to a smattering of wind turbines that will be placed in the northwestern corner of upstate New York. The official record states that the new turbines should provide enough power annually to provide electricity for around 45,000 households in the state.

Where in NY is cape vincent?

ummmm ... West? of Watertown, I think. It's about 26 miles into Watertown. I'm right at the point where lake Ontario becomes the St. Lawrence River.
