I have a question in regards to my tattoo. The girl who did it told me to stay our of water for 6-8 weeks and to even be careful in the shower -- yet she didn't tell me anything about sun protection other than to put lots of sun screen on. Now, I don't doubt that she knows what she's talking about .. but I'm wondering if she's maybe exaggerating just a little. See, when I got my tongue pierced the guy told me not to eat/drink milk products and all this other stuff because otherwise I'd get an infection .. but I couldn't stay away from milk and had pizza the next day and I've never had a problem. So, how true is it that I have to stay out of water? Like, say, if I wanted to go to the waterpark next weekend, could I? Someone please help.

Well, my dad is wanting the computer -- of course -- so I have to leave. Any help is greatly appreciated.
