Thesis defensed!
A little bit ago I finished my thesis defense. When the back and forth ended and my thesis director gave me my grade, I started laughing kind of crazily while melting in my chair. I didn't realize how relieved I would be to finish.
The jury awarded me the highest grade "possible", an 18 out of 20. It's a nice cap to an excellent, if exhausting, year. On top of it, my professor offered to help me get my work published, which is crazy exciting.
Today I have a class to teach at 6 then I'm done for the summer. I'll be back in California the 11th of July until the 4th of September at which time we should all have mad hangs.
I miss in-and-out burger and the cooking of my dear ma ma.
