Well, my two high-pressure finals are over: genetics and ochem. Neither were disasters; we'll see how it turned out when grades are posted next week.
So, instead of working on my English papers, I am thinking about break. Here is a list of some of the things I would like to do over break:
--Go sledding with Jackie, Megan, and Amber (weather permitting, bien sur)
--Read Paradise Lost
--Work on a piece of surrealist writing
--Read up on UUism; spend some time reflecting on what (if anything) I want to do with it
--If I do get my History of Middle-Earth books for Christmas, then I'd like to get through at least the Lays of Beleriand
--Work on the Latin primer I got this semester
--Work on an Anglo-Saxon primer
--Read the handbook for working in the Writing Center
--If I have time, read On the Origin of Species, though truthfully I don't see that happening at this point
--Start seriously planning my road trip
--Plan as many CK projects as I can so I don't have to do it when I get back
--SLEEP
--Bake with my grandma
--Go through all of the boxes of my belongings and clean some of it out; get my room at home organized
--Review my organic chem a bit so I still remember all of the reactions when I get back for OChem II
--Try to get through Deuteronomy so I can be officially done with the Pentateuch
--Watch the Lord of the Rings ;)
Just a few more days!
