Ice Skating!
andreahg and I took our kids ice skating today. What a bunch of fun! My kids both want to take lessons now, and I'm contemplating taking them again for a session after school on Friday. Molly is definitely very interested in having a pretty, sparkly outfit to wear. I'd just like to be able to skate for a full session without my ankles giving out. (Yeah, practice might make that happen.)
We didn't do much else today, which was nice. We watched the snow come down outside, watched an episode of Dirty Jobs (Seriously, why didn't anyone tell me how adorable Mike Rowe is??), and I'm cooking a rice and chicken dish right now. (I'll let you know how that turns out. hopefully better than the Halwa I made yesterday.)
