Well, t'was a lovely weekend up in Jacksonville, and I finally found a place to move into! The guy who's going to be my landlord buys houses and rents the rooms out of them individually, so I don't have to find a roommate. Also, it's a flat 400 dollar fee with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!!! My A/C is gonna be on ALL SUMMER BABY! It's about ten
