Intro of sorts: updated 11/1/2012

Hi, I am 'iamelegentmess'. I would have been 'elegentmess' (I am elegentmess, getit), but by some twist of fate, it was taken. What are the chances of that (I bet it's probably me and I forgot I made an account or something).

If you'd like to be friends, go ahead and comment (with how you found me or stuff we have in common etc)!

What to expected in my journal:

1. Personal posts: I essentially use this as a... well, a journal. It's an outlet. A lot of the things I say here I can't say to anyone 'IRL' or I don't have the proverbial balls to say. This usually includes me talking about school/university/jobs, family matters, friends, travel- and can range anywhere from extremely happy to quite dark. I try to put the heavy stuff behind cuts, and I don't expect anyone to read or reply to them (and most of the time I will disable comments on those posts), but it's just, like I said, an outlet. Maybe some TMI posts, but it shall be lj cut.

2. Fangirling: Sometimes with capslock and always with keysmashes, and apparently my keysmashes are quite distinguishable. owqerigcjvpeqrocgjeprkhcnldfjh idk you tell me. My main fandom right now is Hetalia, but I will frequently talk about Marvel, usually the movies (perhaps the comics in the future). A list of my favourite ships can be found here, but my two OTPs that I actively seek out now are France/England from Hetalia and Erik/Charles (Magneto/Professor X) from X-Men, specifically the First Class movie!verse. However, my fangirling can be fandom, purely a film or book, people I admire or love the work of, anything in that vein.

3. Swearing: Fair warning. I tend to use shit, bloody, and fuck a lot, especially when I'm angry or frustrated... or excited. I apologise in advance if you find it unsavoury, but I treat my journal flist as friends and my colourful language is reserved for friends. I can be crass but hey, so can everyone else. Take me home to your mother and I'll be as sweet as pie, though.

4. Music: I'm proud of my musical tastes and I love sharing it with other people, and I love getting recced new music. I love music in other languages, mostly all genres, instrumental pieces, classical music- GIVE IT ALL TO ME.

5. Messy, unorganised tags: ER this is nobody's fault but mine, and the organisation of my tags resembles the organisation of my room, my schedule, and everything else in my life. I apologise.

6. Informality: I'm just cringing writing this because of how formal it sounds to me. I'm really not like this. Be prepared for the overuse of 'like', for example: 'omg wouldn't it be cool if like they did this thing where the person does this and like does that, it sort of reminds me of the time I was like blah blah blah and my friend was like la la la and I was like DUDE BLAH BLAH BLAH'.

7. 'The Queen's English': SuckmydickI'mAustralian.
