Well. It is almost December 14th. This means that I am leaving in 19 days for Lithuania. I will be there just a few days shy of four months. I am currently sick all of the time, extremely anxious, and basically feeling pretty awful all around. I am updating because I would like any information from anyone that has been abroad before. I can't imagaine what I'd be like right now if I was leaving for Italy in a week, but I'm sure you'll make it through fine and even if you're homesick the first few days, you'll have so many great adventures to make any homesickness disappear. And to quote "The Princess Diaries"-Courage isn't the abscence of fear, it's the knowledge that other things are more important than fear. I can't wait to hear how awesome it is!
