just finished getting all the screenshots together to start work on making a rough sketch of the multi-limbed walker.
yeah, i'm thinking 3 hw guys. 1 for each squad, it is also nice for the various poses. then perhaps 2 more from EM-4 as "commanders".
10 from copplestone, its not that much more expensive and it will add a bit of uniqueness into what is already a fairly static look.
the two different wardroids are actually a bit cheaper from the UK (about $2) due to the U.S. dollar fairing better than the Pound. I guess it isn't that hard to believe they are getting more of a shit kicking than the U.S.
- bolt gun metal - badab black ink wash - i have black, white, and a lighter grey. i'll have to see about dark grey - i think i have red but not the red ink - silver, aye - loctite superglue, i'll have to check to see if alicia recently picked up some adhesive
I've looked at the sentinels and they need a stand around 5.5/6 inches. A piece of clear plastic tube or something like it would be best. I also think a CD will give it the most stability. A large GW base would also work, but I don't have one. Maybe Alicia can find some kind of plastic tube (probably about as thick as a pen). The other problem is that they are sticky! The paint they applied to it has not reacted well with the plastic. Spraying it with Testors dullcoat will probably help this a bit.

The T2 flyer is 1/35 scale pewter and will eventually go for $100+, so don't worry about that one.

also decided to pick up the 20 little guys. since i don't use transports, they will do their best to provide cover for the more elite ground troops.
God bless their expendable electronic souls.
