I just watched the extended version of Death Proof

(which, by the way, features the fabulous Shock Cinema Magazine in a stunning cameo) ...but you know what made the most significant impact on me...? The cover of 'laisse tomber les filles' over the end credits. OK, so I've been knee deep in French pop this year anyway, but still, thank you Mr Tarantino for further indulging me. It's a fun film, but I'm going to let Steve wax poetic about its finer points (on his MySpace or something I suppose) since this is way deep in his territory, I'm just a tourist looking at the view.
