'05 Family Reunion
I am still at my family reunion in Alexandria, Viriginia. We got here late Friday night in which we got something to eat and then went to our very first club. It was a lot of fun. Saturday we went on a tour in Washington D.C., we saw the Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument, peaked at the White House, visited the African American Civil War museum, and looked at exhibts in the Smithsonian. That was awesome! Unfortunately, the highlight of my day, Nicki should know, I WAS LOCKED IN MY ROOM! I could not get out whatsoever! I think my younger, bad ass cousin, Jordan, not to be confused with my brother, messed with the door. Nobody could get in or out, especially me. Then later that night, we had our family banquet where we ate and danced all night long. Then finally, we went on to our second club! Boy that was great. Now I'm getting ready to go and eat breakfast while the rest of the family are going to church. I loved this reunion. In 2007, we will be having it in North Carolina where my cousins Moon, Tamayra, Sue, Alexis and Mya are living.
LTC is this Sunday. I won't be back until the following Wednesday, I can't wait!
