in case you are afraid of reading,
try this..
there are 15 members on president bush's cabinet. a cabinet is made up of like, the executive heads of each department of the government. these are.. the top fucking dogs.

so 4 of them have resigned:
Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson
Agriculture Secretary Ann Veneman,
Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham and
Education Secretary Rod Paige

and 4 more have said they will be resigning before bush takes his oath for a second term. that's over ONE HALF of them just dipping out before his second term.

also resigning:
Secretary of State Colin Powell>>"It wasn't so much time for him, as it was time for the president," one senior official said, adding that Powell and Bush had been discussing his potential resignation for some time and had come to a "mutual agreement."
Attorney General John Ashcroft,
and last but not least,
Commerce Secretary Don Evans

you have no choice but to acknowledge that something is wrong with our government.
have i gotten your attention yet?

you can perceive these mass concessions in one of two ways.
1. the resigners are blatantly disagreeing with the president's policies
or
2. they are being forced to step down from their positions, but instead of being publicly booted, they are being allowed to "resign."
and there's only one reason this would happen, and it's because they are being replaced by all bush's buddies. and that's real cool and everything, but you need tension between the departments. otherwise checks and balances, which our government relies on, goes to shit. if anybody gets too much power, everything will fall apart.
either way: THERE IS SOMETHING UNDENIABLY WRONG HERE.
we may not understand it all, or know any details, but it's definitely there.

and to put the icing on the cake:

WASHINGTON - Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld - scarred by postwar violence and prison scandal in Iraq - accepted President Bush's request that he remain for the second-term Cabinet. Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson resigned Friday, warning as he left of a possible terror attack on the nation's food supply.

we're talking about the guy who got

something bigger than you or me is taking place.
and for once, it affects us.
