Aizen-sama's goals no longer match up with Ulquiorra's. Aizen-sama seems more concerned with his shinigami girlfriend and starting a family than he is with the Arrancar. It is unnatural for us to gather in a city. Ulquiorra has grown restless, and frankly, so have I.
