Today at work, this lady told my manager that I'm a "sweet girl" and that the people over at Hollister should take lessons from me on how to provide quality customer service. That she would make an effort to tell my manager all that made me really happy for some reason and totally made my day. :) She's mistaken though, I'm mosdef not a sweet girl. ;)

Working at Abercrombie & Fitch (yes, again) is such a huge contrast to volunteering at at Alpha Project for the Homeless (yes, again). I'd have contrasting pictures of building facilities and clientèle, but that would probably violate some kind of privacy clause somewhere.

In other news, I got accepted to UCDC for Spring of this year! I was so nervous when applying and kept psyching myself out. I'll be living, schooling, and working in Washington D.C. Just like last year... I won't be in San Diego for the Spring and will have no Spring break. Oh well. Even though it's a long time away, I'm super excited! And really need to find a subletter for my apartment space.

Now that the UCDC application process is over and I'm in, I need to find the next big thing to work on and obsess over... I always need to have something big in the works.

This past long weekend was pretty hawwwttt if I do say so myself. After my council meeting wrapped up at 10:30 PM on Thursday night, I found a parking ticket tucked cozily into my windshield for my blatant defiance of UCSD's clearly posted parking policies. I'm always running late and don't give a shit most of the time, but this time the PoPo got me! Holly's birthday party was that night too at an art gallery in Hillcrest. Popped over to the airport to pick Chris up who visited from Dartmouth and then to Hillcrest we went!

The next day = pho. Mmm food... Spent Friday night clubbing in Hollywood with Shella, Lorna, etc. for their frat at Avalon. The DJ guy was like "All my ladies planning on giving it up tonight, put your hands up!" Who would actually do that? It's like a bat signal to get ass. Then Garden Cafe. Oh Asian cafe, how I missed thee!

Saturday = dim sum, Starbucks, and driving range with Sam and Ricky. Then dinner with my parents at Saladang. Sunday = Sad attempts at baking then dinner at Maneki's with HenJoJoJoLo (and obnoxious raffle man: 1-2-3-CANCEL!). Monday = Woodranch with HenJoJoJoLo, mall, Tea Station with Jon, Shella, Chris, then In-N-Out. Yeah, it was a really foody weekend.

Two hours of sleep last night. So tired I'm about to knock out on my keyboard. Hope this all made sense. Peace!
