i wouldn't know... i'm still figuring out how the community works - hehe.. but i'm going to do some major archive-diving in the next couple of weeks - maybe i'll find the references to it...

*i don't know any other people personally (actually none, but i'm still working on converting them!) who like douwata.. sigh.. they're missing out on all the adorableness (i'm not sure if that's a word.. XD)!

That's a shame. I at least have Turncoat (who actually converted me with help from vinval's fanfiction...). But I'm sure your friends will come around, as 104 is the best pairing ever by far. :D

xxxholic isn't really well known here - and the friend who introduced me to it prefers yuukoXwatanuki herself (shudders - i've always had a thing against women who look waaaaaaaaaay older than their lovers, and i prefer yuukoXclow to accompany my douwata obsession)XD
i've always wondered what 104 stood for.. i have an idea to what donuts means (am i right when i'm guessing shounen ai or yaoi?)if i'm mistaken, culd you please correct me?
i've seen those two a lot, but it seems i never got the memo as to what it meant... hmm... someone should come up with a fanfiction lexicon... XD
have you read the works by psychicdreams? he/she's one of my favorite author in this pairing... his/her works leave you a little bit more than breathless, without it becoming too vulgar that it ruins the whole douwata-ness... XD

Yuuko/Watanuki? [shudders] BLASPHEMY, I say! It's all about the Yuuko/Himawari, anyway. XD Yuuko/Clow works too, though. (and you should make people read it! FOSTER THE OBSESSION AND IT SHALL GROOOOOOW.)
104 comes from their names. Shizuka, I believe, contains the kanji for 100, and Kimihiro has the kanji for 4. Added together...you get 104. Donuts refers to Doumeki/Watanuki as well. It came from someone (can't remember who) complaining about the crazy-ass Harry Potter ship names - one called "Pumkin Pie", I believe. S/he decided that if "Pumkin Pie" could be a ship name, anything could, so as a joke s/he took the "do" from "Doumeki" and "nu" from Watanuki, and made "donuts".
Someone should. It would be pretty epic. But a huge amount of work.
I've read some of his/her stuff...not all, probably. Psychicdreams is a very good read. My personal favourite is vinval, for her AMAZING CHARACTERISATIONS. And rallamajoop, for the AUs. Especially the post-apocalyptic AU.

i've read rallamajoop's works - she's in my favorites in ff.net
i'm trying my own pathetic attempt at a fic - first anime category.. trying very hard to make sure it's not my usual half-baked, ooc crap.. DOUWATA DESERVES IT!!! (i once erased all my present and continuing works out of frustration, after rereading them and realizing that they all sucked.. T_T)
