I received a very courteous email back from Anjelika, saying basically that the code push is not going to go live, it was all a mistake, thank you for your support. Now, I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt on this one, but I have to wonder how much of a mistake it was -- and how much of this is just response to users' complaints. Still,

I still dislike the condescending tone of the email, and I believe it was a glitch like I have a hole in my head. Still, if it doesn't go through then good. :)

I changed my gender to "unspecified" last night and was going to boost the signal on this at lunch today.

Hopefully indeed this will not go live.
