Every morning while on the loo, I read a page or two from either one of these books:
14,000 Things to Be Happy About
8,789 Words of Wisdom
(yes I read while on the loo)

I always read each item and visualize in my mind what the it may look, taste, smell, sound and feel like and try to remember a time when I've come into contact with them. I want to somehow relate to them in context of my own experience... if those were happy/sad times, and to just honour my life, really. And if I can't relate to the item, I try to learn about it or I ask other people about it. I'm trying to remember that I belong in this world to experience life, and that's really my role as a human being. This morning, I wanted take a few minutes to share with you two random pages from each of these books because I think everyone needs a pick-me-up once in a while. Take what you will from these...
