break

Oct 19, 2004 08:20

I need a break from my online life... need to feel more real and authentic to my life that consist of flesh and blood. That's one of my goals, to develop my real life. I need to do this or else I'll drive myself back into a world of isolation which will result in depression and anxiety... and ED relapse.

The socks look comfy. You take care of yourself. Kudos to you for doing what's best. I'll see you when you get back.

Look at all that talent!

I think we can all understand when you say you need to back away from this for a while. You are stronger than a lot of us. Do what you need to do to get yourself healthy.

Don't be scared of little slip-ups. They might always happen, but they are nothing to be afraid of. I use them to remind me of who I was and how far I've come. To think that all the things that I was doing on a consistent basis are at least somewhat fleeting now.

You've made leaps and bounds. Don't let anyone hold you back. You have too much inside you to be restrained by any of this.

We love you and support you!

Your socks turned out great and the scarf is gorgeous! I'm glad to hear you're going to try to get away from online things for awhile, since you see it heading in a negative direction.

Sorry for being a shitty online friend lately...

Take care of yourself and listen to what your therapist tells you - you've trusted her this far.

You haven't been a shitty online friend at all!
I'm actually trying to follow your example... getting a real life and detaching myself from the online 'world'. I need to snap back to reality!
Thanks.
