Well its the second day of school and I am still not sure what to think. I find myself really missing last year and also really starting to enjoy this year. We'll just have to see how it works out.
1st period Economics with Shue- he terrifies me..but I think his class will be pretty easy and I will stay awake in it. I know a ton of people in the class though so that's reassuring.
2nd period math with Hatfield- she seems to know what she is talking about and she is a really nice lady. She is also really old though and so that means she will probably be boring when teaching. I did ok on our pre test but I am making my dad get me a tutor this year anyways cuz I know I will need it later on.
3rd period chorus- I love Ms. Peeples. She is so much fun and I am going to really enjoy being in her class. I'm excited about singin the Alma Mater for things and about all of our chorus shows. Plus...I will finally get to audition for All State Chorus.
4th period with Halmon- she has already assigned a "get to know you" essay. How terribly third grade and I also don't want to spend my time writing a 7 paragraph formal essay about myself. I also got a project assigned for my summer reading book "Night." One of the choices is to make a pop up book...how terribly innopropriate for a book about the Holocaust. I will probably do it anyways though (in good taste of course) I don't want to be murdered when I present it.
5th period musical- there are a million new kids but I like being the senior and experienced one. I feel special..lol. I hate having it 5th because I feel like I want to go home. Urinetown is going to be a blast. End of story.
6th period AP Psych with Cohen- she is a badass. She is a huge theatre buff and she has already tried to get to know everybody in the class. I don't know a single person in it...but I kind of like it that way. I'm excited about it and I'm really lucky that it is my 6th period class.
Homeroom with Holcombe- I got moved out of my regular homeroom so that means I'm not with the twins this year. I was kind of sad about that but I'll get over it...and Chris Lombardi and Corey Lennox are in my hr. I love both of them so I am happy about that.
Just a complaint...my locker won't open and my books are heavy. The school had better fix it or I may just collapse. That's all I have to say really except that I'm going to see Rocky Horror Picture Show on Friday and I'm excited. I have to finish writing my essay so I have to go now.
I miss the seniors.
I want to go to sleep...but I have to buy books at Borders and a calculator.
Its going to be a really really busy and hard year from the looks of it. I hope the parties come soon.
