Update, or closure, whichever you prefer
Several years ago, I came across some unusual food items at the grocery store. If you know benchilada, you know he's had his So You Don't Have To series for a while, though he hasn't done many of them lately. Basically, he eats unusual and downright disgusting foods...well, so nobody else has to. It's amusing and informative and can involve foods from other countries. My contribution was fudge cheese and bread in a can; only the bread made it. Rats. Luckily, there is a purveyor of unusual cheeses near where Ben lives, so, even though it's three years later, Ben has tried fudge cheese, on chocolate cornbread to boot. His cheese is fancier than the one I sent him, which didn't include nuts, but he also said it wasn't anything super-duper special. Oh well. At least he's tried it.
