Soon-to-be new neighbors?
I noticed yesterday that the for sale sign across the street is down. Since they're an older couple, I have a feeling the house did sell (rather than they changed their minds about selling). That still leaves two other houses in the immediate area that are for sale, the house next door and another house two more doors down that recently came on the market. There are so many houses for sale, it's ridiculous. In some places I pass by houses that are next door to each other that are for sale, in addition to unsold lots down the street. It's definitely a buyer's market, but I still think prices need to come down a bit. Unless some of these houses include every amenity known to man, they're not worth their asking prices.
