Professor G's in the house

I've had an interesting past 24 hours. In a mostly good way, even.
--I was able to make a sheet with an image on it the other night. This is memorable because my first attempt at adding the image was a complete and utter failure. Today, I printed it out at school and it will suffice. Sweet.
--Continuing our streak of not discussing chemistry in lab, we pried into our teacher's personal life, asking how old he was, if he was married, if he had kids, and did he meet his wife at a strip club. His response: Some of us had to put ourselves through school that way. Uh...whoa. I think it's the fact that he gives off a Mr. Rogers vibe that makes some of these things even more incredulous than they really are.
--I didn't have Soc today, yet it was a really interesting class. Our prof was gone (shock), but he'd given a video to a classmate who wanted to watch it during that time. There were seriously a dozen of us there who watched it as well as something we found on YouTube--holy crap, that probably deserves its own post, honestly. We kept joking that the classmate, G, was the professor today. He's an interesting guy, my age, and his background and current job situation fit into the grand scheme of things. I may not have worked on my paper like I was supposed to during that time, but it was worthwhile. Definitely. And really relaxed, too.
--It's pseudo-Green Day. There are buds on some of the bushes and trees, but not enough for me to really and truly say it's Green Day. I think everything will start popping in the next few days, though. There's one tree at school that will probably be really beautiful and full of blossoms by next week.
--My one sad-ish bit of info is that I can't play Coffee Rush (or Coffee Buzz) any more. This was one of the games I found on Yahoo! and even downloaded it, except it would only let me play for five minutes at a time. This morning, I discovered it won't let me play at all. You click "play game" and the initial screen disappears, only to reappear. You click "play game" again and the same thing happens, except now the only choices you have are "buy game" or "close." Rats. But I shouldn't be playing games anyway.

green day (not the band), games, college
