An actual late night this week
I should have band tonight. It's chilly and snowing, but not so cold or so inclement that things would have to be canceled. Though I will say, I had a bizarre dream last night where about half the band was gone, didn't even have chairs, so one side of the room was basically empty, and flute M and I were the only real flutes, as two other ones were helping sax players, including one that plays in Regular Band, and then there was this large radio console set up along the outside wall of the room and a voice came out of it from my college flute-playing friend, whom I haven't seen in 20 years, and we were having a conversation until rehearsal had to start up again. Just...what.
