Monday is animal therapy day
I got to see a couple of the work critters yesterday!
Part one came right as I got to work. It takes me a minute to get out of my car, and before I did Puffy pulled up with more than just her in her vehicle--she and BBC had gone camping and took her big dog with. They have a habit of coming straight from their campsites to work, which confuses the other adults, but whatever. It meant I got to give big dog some head pats before they took her to BBC's house for the day. It's been a while. It was nice to say hi.
Part two came a few hours later, when Puffy came to the front building with a second person in tow. I could only see them from the back, but the comments the office manager was making suggested the person had a critter with them. When I went to investigate, I found our former high school helper and her bearded dragon. They're in town for a few days due to her fall break from college, though because of various activities her break isn't as long as it could be. She wanted to come and say hi, and it was nice to see the two of them. It sounds like she's active in several groups so that's great, and she also shared the news that her mom just got engaged! Very cool Congrats to her.
