In honor of Dr. King
While tomorrow is the official day of celebration, if you can call it that, today is actually the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King's birthday. And while I went to a predominantly white college--really, all of my schools were predominantly white--we did have an annual celebration for him. Part of that included a banner-making contest for the campus groups. My group won the contest several times. And, since it is Dr. King's birthday, I thought I should share those banners.
