Reason #127 as to why I should move out
My mother, who has enough stuff in her bathroom to start her own cosmetics business, partially cleaned up my bathroom and threw away some stuff I had on the side of my tub. Mind you, it's all stuff I've used in the past couple of months, unlike about 90% of the crap cohabiting in her bathroom.
She cleaned her blinds today. The only good place in the house to do that is my tub, as her tub is a tub and nothing more and there is no place to hang the blinds as they are drying off. My bathroom has a tub/shower combo and therefore has a curtain rod.
Respect for other people's property. That's all I ask. She has never given that to me. Is it any wonder there are certain things I've always hidden from her? She doesn't respect me...why should I respect her? And she wonders why I don't respect her.
Ugh. I should have moved out long ago. I've had the chance. Several people have offered to live with me. But I think I'd rather live on my own. But I need money to be able to afford that. I'm working lots more now, so it would almost be feasible after the holidays, but I don't know that my hours would keep up past January.
I hate that I'm so lazy and unmotivated. But I am my mother's child. It always comes back to her.
