Sneaking in
You may have noticed that yesterday's entry happened at 11 AM, when I'd normally be at work. No, I didn't play hooky; it was a scheduled day off, as I am working Saturday. It was kind of bizarre in a way, but also kind of nice; I was able to catch up on a few things, but not everything. Most importantly, I finally gave myself a haircut. My hair's been in bad shape for ages, but that's pretty usual by the time I break down and cut my hair. :P I got to send off a few emails, and I pulled some clothes for donation that I never wear, and went through some of the newspapers that have been piling up. I didn't accomplish everything, but there may be time for that later.
However probably not this week. I had a work thing today, I have library tomorrow, Friday should be normal, but then I work all day Saturday and am making plans to meet Avery afterward, since we hadn't been able to get together because she was pretty sick for a while. She's still not back to normal but she's doing much better. Oh, and I broke down and ordered a new phone, and I'm having it shipped to work so someone can sign for it, so that should be coming in the next few days. So, it's an exciting time, but there's a lot going on and it's a little overwhelming. I'd like yesterday back, please. That was relaxing. Plus, these work things mean meeting with people in close, sometimes too close, proximity. I pretty much got home and went ALL OF THE VITAMINS, PUT THEM IN ME. And I'm tired, but it's bedtime or close to it, so that should work out.
