I've been eating them like it's my job recently, so I'm curious about you guys.
What do you like on a sammitch?
I've got a sandwich I basically call my greek bmt. Salami, pepperoni, capicola ham, provolone. MUST BE TOASTED. I love it with spinach, red onions, pepperoncini (banana peppers), roma tomatoes, sliced kalamata olives, and a light balsamic vinagrette. I tend to go for whole grain breads, as a rule, and I'm particularly fond of this one on whole grain focaccia.
As a side note, white or wheat? What's your bread of choice?
