i need puppy advice!
how do you train a dog to be quiet in a crate/small closed off section of kitchen?
normally she is quiet and as well-behaved as a puppy can be, but whenever i put her in the kitchen or outside by herself, she whines and if i don't respond it gets worse and she starts to make these high pitched barking noises. i know the neighbors can hear, and i am sure they don't appreciate it when i am trying to lock her up at night, so i end up having to take her out.
i can't get any complaints about her from the neighbors because i didn't pay a pet deposit (not that i don't have it, but i am not going to volunteer $150 to koury corp. unless i have to. yes it's dishonest, but it's not like they need it anyway!). so anyway, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
